BNP Chairperson Leads Second Road March in Bangladesh

 18 October 2011. Dhaka Bangladesh- During the road march a supporter of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party holds a poster of Tareq Zia ( Tarique Rahman), Senior Joint Secretary General of the BNP and Khaleda Zia’s elder son. BNP Chairperson and opposition leader Khaleda Zia will be leading the second road march from the capital towards Bogra on Tuesday aiming to mount pressure on the government to reinstate the caretaker government system .Bangladesh has a history of political instability and the BNP and its allies have recently held a series of strikes in a new wave of unrest. The next national election is due to held by early 2014. © Monirul Alam
