A Bangladeshi Hindus devotee offers prayers in the Old Brahmaputra River near the port town of Narayangang, 18 April 2013. Thousands of Hindu devotees, gathered at the bank of the river to observe the annual religious ceremony called ‘Ashtami Snan’ to purify their life.

Dhaka Bangladesh-A kids stand infront of his house and devotees lights candle and offers prayer  at 1st day of Dipaboli festival marking Shyama Puja ( Kali Puja) at  Sri Sri Bardesshari Kali Mata temple in Sabusbag Dhaka. A five day Shyama Puja, one of the greatest religious festivals of the Hindu community, will be held around the country of Bangladesh. © Monirul Alam
