Dec. 23, 2011 – Dhaka, Bangladesh. Bangladeshi street people warm themselves with fire in a cold  wave in Dhaka city. A cold blast has been sweeping across the country, leaving the homeless, elderly and babies vulnerable to the ravages of the winds and quite unable to cope with the calling of daily life. According to the local media report in the last four days, at least 27 people died of cold-related afflictions in Thakurgaon, Jamalpur, Jessore, Rangpur and Satkhira district.© Monirul Alam http://monirul.photoshelter.com/
