 Nov. 16, 2011 – Dhaka, Bangladesh – FBI special agent DEBRA LAPREVOTTE arrives to testify in a money laundering case against BNP Senior Vice-Chairmen T. Rahman and his business associate G. Al Mamun. BNP Chairperson Leads Second Road March in Bangladesh

Bangladesh has a history of political instability and the BNP and its allies have recently held a series of strikes in a new wave of unrest. BNP Lawmakers Sent to Jail pending hearing
