Around 1,000 rare birds recovered at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport of Bangladesh. A Pakistani passenger who was trying to smuggle them. The immigration police arrested Ahmmed Shaikh Wahid. He was trying to smuggle the birds in four cages packed in cartons to Pakistan, said customs official. Of them 400 were hilly mynahs and 600 were love-birds and two parrots. A good number of birds however, were dead. Home bound passengers really hurt to see the dead birds.
